Event Operations Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional event experiences. As Event Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure seamless delivery across events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team across catering, front-of-house, and operations
  • Champion service excellence and smooth, memorable event delivery
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on event oversight and team support

In this role, you will have full ownership of event operations. You will manage day-to-day delivery while also leading team development and ensuring that all events meet the required standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams to support seamless event logistics, manage supplier relationships, rostering, and procurement, maintain compliance, and ensure that all events reflect the company's brand and service expectations.

Proven experience managing hospitality or event venues is essential, along with strong people leadership skills, excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
