Job Title: Event Operations Manager

Job Description">
  • Oversee logistical coordination of events across Western Australia to ensure seamless preparation and installation.
  • Manage event crew scheduling for timely installation and dismantlement, ensuring all areas are properly set up including signage, equipment, infrastructure, and staff allocation.
  • Supervise on-site operations, reviewing and approving staff timesheets daily.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock shipments, receiving and distributing stock efficiently.
  • Support development and implementation of improvements and innovative solutions to enhance event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics services including resourcing, stock control, and warehouse management effectively.
  • Lead and develop an events crew for satisfactory training and timely on-site installation.
  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Participate in post-event debriefs addressing client feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in the events industry in a logistics role.
  • Warehouse management and crew management experience ideal.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills essential.
  • Strong logistical and event management expertise.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
