Site Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Site Administrator to join our team. This role will work alongside our mobilisation and safety administrators, providing coverage and support where and when required.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in large-scale project work, with a strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment. They will also have effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.

The role will be based on site, with the option to be local to the Callide region, Gladstone-based, or FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville. The successful candidate will be required to work on a 2-week on, 1-week off roster, with mid-week and weekend work being a mandatory requirement.

The expected duration of this project is up to 6 months, with numerous other opportunities available at the end of the year. To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • A strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
