We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Site Coordinator to support the delivery of our major construction contract for the Covalent Lithium Refinery Project in Kwinana. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Logistics Superintendent to coordinate and manage all sub-contractors and suppliers for site maintenance and Plant & Equipment.

  • Plant & equipment suppliers including maintenance requests, mobilisation of new plant and off-hire of no longer required plant. This includes maintaining Asset, Forecast and Utilisation Registers.
  • Building maintenance sub-contractor for required maintenance and repairs.
  • Water & septic services
  • Site cleaners and supplies
  • Waste management services
  • Site access requirements for all service personnel and P&E
  • Compliance requirements to support the above

About the Role

As a Logistics Site Coordinator, you will have a solid calibre with strong autonomy and people management skills in major projects and in managing large pieces of P&E. You will also have 3+ years' experience in a similar role, computer literacy across the Microsoft suite at an intermediate level, and developed interpersonal and people skills. If you are proactive, have a forklift ticket or be able to obtain one, and advanced excel skills and computerised inventory systems, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all sub-contractors and suppliers for site maintenance and Plant & Equipment.
  • Maintain Asset, Forecast and Utilisation Registers.
  • Manage building maintenance sub-contractor for required maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in delivering SMP and vertical projects in the resources sector and in managing multiple laydown yards. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
