Senior IT Support Specialist Position

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team and gain hands-on experience working across a new program. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in IT infrastructure.
The successful applicant will have a keen interest in server administration, virtualisation, database support, and hardware fundamentals. Strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with others are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience with Windows Server, Unix, and Linux administration
- Familiarity with virtualisation technologies and managing virtualised operating systems
- Knowledge of enterprise backup products (e.g. IBM TSM) and storage technologies, including administration
- Exposure to F5 load balancer troubleshooting and ability to create clear technical documentation
- Participation in an on-call roster as required
