Senior Support Specialist for Marketing and Loyalty

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Support Specialist to provide executive-level support to our Marketing and Loyalty leaders on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

  • The role involves serving as the primary contact for both leaders, acting as a trusted partner and sounding board.
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, events, and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth team operations by handling invoices, expenses, workflows, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with other support specialists to maintain division-wide efficiency.

About the Role
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably supporting two simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven experience in diary and travel management, event coordination, and executive support.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Bonus: Experience in the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
