The role of an Engineering Lead in our team involves overseeing the delivery of Guidewire projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, identifying critical path items, and driving issue resolution. This position requires strong program management skills, knowledge of the product development life cycle, and expertise in Guidewire implementations.

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with 18+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of prior experience working on Insurance COTS products and 3+ years of implementing Guidewire projects and programs. A Guidewire certification is also required. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
