About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our client's team in NSW. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Strata schemes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Owners Corporations to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
  • Prepare and present budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes to stakeholders
  • Attend and chair meetings, including AGMs, EGMs, and SCMs
  • Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notices to comply
  • Assist with the management of junior staff members

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Strata Management, preferably in NSW
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High level of computer skills and proficiency in relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
