Job Opportunity: Regional Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing financial operations for multiple locations. As the Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the financial performance of our organization's subsidiaries across the South Pacific.

  • Key aspects of the role include:
  • Strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and reporting across country operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Providing training, mentorship, and support to finance teams in each country.
  • Offering financial guidance and support to subsidiary CEOs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all business transactions in ERA system, maintaining data integrity across financial systems.
  • Review and validate monthly management reports, investigate significant variances, and support CEOs in interpreting financial outcomes.
  • Maintain strong working capital controls, including oversight of cash handling, inventory management, receivables, and timely supplier payments.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • Professional accounting certification – CA or CPA.
  • Proficiency in ERA, Hyperion (including Smartview), iChris, and Microsoft Office.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a senior finance role.
