Administrative Support Professional

Company Overview: Workforce Extensions is a dynamic and innovative company providing on-hire, security, and recruitment services to various businesses in Bendigo.
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team, working 3 days a week with the opportunity for additional responsibilities as payroll becomes more controlled.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, paid under the Award - Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 MA000002 and National Employment Standards in the Fair Work Act 2009.
Job Description:
- Manage payroll and general office duties, including rostering and scheduling.
- Prepare quotes for clients and conduct consultant duties.
- Assist with finding candidates, conducting interviews, and visiting clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous administration experience is essential. Experience in recruitment is highly regarded. You must be highly motivated, committed to delivering high standards, and able to work independently.
