The Chief Executive will oversee a network of 54 urban, rural, and remote ambulance stations throughout Tasmania, providing emergency care and transport services. Building on proven transformation capability, you will lead the organisation towards national ambulance service leadership, leveraging government backing and demonstrated change capacity.

• Drive the next phase of operational excellence through strategic innovation and workforce development
">• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance strategic and operational priorities
">• Embed service improvements and contribute to Health Executive leadership
">- Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">• Proven leadership and management skills of the highest order
">• Extensive knowledge and experience in emergency management and/or first response services
">• Collaborative and inclusive style, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
">• Strong financial and business management skills, with a proven ability to optimise resource allocation and deliver value from substantial budgets
