Community Engagement Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Engagement Officer to join our team. This role involves leveraging your exceptional networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, referral partners and members of the public.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new referral partners while fostering strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to educate referral partners and community members about our organization's mission and goals.
  • Organize or attend networking events to promote our brand in the community.
  • Create an annual networking plan to drive business development.
  • Manage our social media presence and lead our brand team.
About You:
  • You have experience in sales, networking, or business development.
  • You have experience in the aged care industry.
  • You possess strong written and oral communication skills and can build trusting relationships.
