Program Director

In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery of operational technology projects across multiple energy generation sites and corporate systems. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs to ensure they meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Your experience in managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries is essential for success in this position. You should have a strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, and cybersecurity in operational environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver OT programs across multiple energy generation sites.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement at technical, operational, and executive levels.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Coordinate site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across OT systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, and cybersecurity in operational environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in government-owned or regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or asset management.
