A Bilingual Customer Service Representative is needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a strong brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities- Respond professionally and courteously to customer calls, addressing questions or concerns.

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during calls to ensure efficient resolutions.
- Customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English, are preferred.
- Work remotely with all necessary resources provided.
