Remote Bilingual Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist

Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, providing exceptional service and maintaining our brands' reputation as the jewelry of choice.

Responsibilities
  • Respond professionally and courteously to customer calls, addressing questions or concerns.
  • Provide personalized support and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during calls to ensure efficient resolutions.
  • Exceed customer expectations through professional etiquette and positive representation of the company.
  • Meet productivity, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and communication quality standards.
  • Manage escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, remaining calm under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and office software is valued.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English, are preferred.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate feedback and improve service.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math skills.
