About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delicatessen Manager to join our team at Coles. As a Delicatessen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of deli staff to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Maintain high standards of department presentation, stock management, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage, and quality control
- Develop and implement processes to simplify operations and adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards
