Key responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in:

  • Leading, inspiring, and managing the team to meet KPIs, sales objectives, and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Upholding visual merchandising and store presentation to adidas standards.
  • Facilitating staff training and coaching to enhance KPI performance

Experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
