Physiotherapist Graduate Program

We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our graduate program. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries, conducting assessments, and developing effective case management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers
  • Conduct initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
  • Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Physiotherapy
  • Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation, upon graduating
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025
  • Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential)
  • Obtain a current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check
  • Hold a full driver's license (own vehicle not necessary)
