Regional Operations Leader
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and empower a team of employment consultants in delivering sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. As a Regional Operations Leader, you will oversee multiple sites across various regions, fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
- Lead and motivate a team of employment consultants to deliver quality service delivery and performance.
- Oversight of regional operations, ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks.
- Develop strategies, programs, and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.
- Facilitate staff training and development to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.
- Represent the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sector.
- Passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education.
- Success-driven mindset with the ability to achieve performance targets and manage budgets.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative strategies to generate sustainable employment opportunities.
- Relationship-building skills to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Quality focus with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement within a quality framework.
- Tech-savvy with confidence in using a range of data, systems, and reports.
