Opportunity Overview

You will have the chance to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment, meeting specific targets and providing tailored guidance/coaching to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet specific targets for job placements and client satisfaction
  • Provide tailored guidance and coaching to clients
  • Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
  • Network within the local community to create meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities

Bilingual or Multilingual Arabic speakers are preferred due to the needs of the local community. Experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.

Successful candidates must also set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
