We support people in achieving their aspirations and inclusion in the community through our disability and employment services across NSW.

Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives by providing employment opportunities, work experience, and assistance with independent living.

  1. Conduct customer assessments and create detailed action plans to facilitate sustainable employment outcomes.
  2. Develop relationships with job seekers and employer networks to source and maintain employment opportunities.
  3. Partner with customers to plan and secure employment, and provide ongoing coaching and support.

As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

  • Proven track record in meeting KPIs and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experience and motivated to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
