Senior Plant Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plant Leader to oversee the production and maintenance functions of our limestone processing plant.

  • About the Role:
  • Safely deliver production and maintenance plans to support 24/7 business operations.
  • Lead growth and delivery of maintenance excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise operators and maintenance tradespersons to meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage costs and coordinate safety risk management activities to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in ongoing improvements to plant maintenance practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Production Growth and Delivery: Lead the team to achieve production targets while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintenance Excellence: Implement best practices to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall maintenance efficiency.
  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance and support to operators and maintenance tradespersons to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Cost Management: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimize expenses.
  • Safety Risk Management: Develop and implement policies to mitigate safety risks and ensure a safe working environment.
