Retail Operations Manager

Australian Blue Cypress Pty Ltd is a thriving family-owned enterprise that specializes in the production of essential oils at a state-of-the-art facility in the Northern Territory, Australia.
The company extracts and processes the endemic tree Callitris Intratropica, also known as the Australian Blue Cypress Pine, to create a unique essential oil with a distinctive blue quality.
Australian Blue Cypress has developed a proprietary processing method under patent and is the only manufacturer known to achieve this true blue color, ensuring the oil's qualities are available for further extraction and processing.
The company exports its raw products through wholesale merchants domestically and internationally, primarily to the USA, and sells its retail products under the Kakadu Blue range across Australia and the world.
About You- Current NT driver's license
- Current Police Clearance Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate is desirable but not vital
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the entire business operation through sound office and administration management practices.
You will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including content creation, social media management, implementing improved systems and processes, and general administration. This is a dynamic role that is integral to supporting the overall success of the business and promoting a great company culture.
