Key Responsibilities
- Build and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store, including stock management and inventory control.
- Assist in the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets.

- Strong training and coaching abilities/experience.

- Previous retail experience would be advantageous.
