Job Description

This high-growth role offers the opportunity to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact on the operations leadership team at TheirCare. As an experienced childcare professional from an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background, you are ready to drive improvement and support our teams in delivering exceeding programs in your region.

You will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across up to 12 services, implementing the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality, and compliance, coaching and mentoring your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading, and overseeing rostering, financial, and community engagement responsibilities.

About Your New Role
  • Lead and enhance embedded practice across your services

Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the OSHC industry is required
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standard
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid certification
  • Valid drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
Salary and Benefits

$85,000 - $95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
