Lead Educator - Young Minds

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic educator passionate about shaping the minds of tomorrow? We are seeking a Lead Educator to join our team and inspire young learners in our Out-of-School-Hours (OSHC) services.

About the Role:

  • Provide engaging and interactive activities for primary school-age children.
  • Help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities.
  • Work closely with Coordinators and other educators to ensure high-quality care and education.

About You:

  • You must have experience supervising and interacting with children.
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities and maintain a safe learning environment.
  • Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours.
  • Current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Police Check (paid for by us).
