**Early Childhood Education Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our dynamic team and lead a vibrant classroom of young learners.

**About The Role:**

As the Early Childhood Education Leader, you will:

- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.

- Lead and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and performance.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.

- Strong understanding of the EYLF and relevant regulations.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for inspiring young minds.
