Looking for a meaningful role that inspires and influences young hearts and minds? As an Educator in our Children's Services team, you'll create safe, engaging environments for young minds to learn, grow, and thrive. Our team of passionate educators and leaders deliver enriching before and after school care across 47 NSW schools, packed with creativity, play, and learning. Every day, we run programs that include sport, creative arts, cooking, and more, working closely with children, families, and schools to support development in a healthy, inclusive environment.

Role Responsibilities

As a permanent part-time educator, you'll provide fun and engaging activities for primary school age children, help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities, and report to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres. You'll be one of over 200 educators who support children across NSW and have the opportunity to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your career.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience supervising and interacting with children
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
  • Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours
  • Current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Police Check (paid for by us)
