Young Minds Academy – Elderslie (Opening Late 2025)

We're getting ready to open our brand-new Young Minds Academy in Elderslie late 2025 and are looking for a few passionate, caring, and experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

We'll share more about the centre soon, but we can tell you it's going to be a beautiful space where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow — and where educators are valued and supported.

What we're looking for:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • At least 2 years' experience in an early learning setting
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Current First Aid and Working With Children Check
  • Permanent residency in Australia

In this role you will:

  • Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan, reflect and improve programs
  • Document children's learning and development
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
  • Support and mentor other team members
