Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive
