As an Employment Services Role, you will be responsible for motivating and empowering our clients to take steps towards meaningful employment. You will embody our values of Integrity, compassion, determination & thriving together, and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders.

A day in the life at this role may include:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in customer service or a client facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confidence in working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • A current Drivers Licence.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
