Store Leadership Opportunity

This is a store leadership role where you will be responsible for managing our in-store team.

The successful candidate will have experience in retail sales and leadership, and will be able to coach and motivate the team to meet sales goals.

You will also be responsible for training and developing the team, as well as analyzing data to determine optimal business strategies.

  • We are seeking a self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management and coaching skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and motivate sales team to meet assigned sales goals through customer education and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and having an active presence in customer-facing locations.
  • Analyse data to determine optimal business strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals.
  • Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying.
