Design the Future of People Technology

Shape the future of people technology by designing solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation.

  • Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional solutions by leveraging your Workday expertise.
  • Develop and document solution options for business review and approval.
  • Prototype system changes, including test script creation, execution, and analysis.
  • Evaluate and recommend alternative design options, considering trade-offs and business impact.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT operations or software development is necessary.
  • Workday Expertise - you have deep configuration skills in Workday Core HR and at least two additional modules (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Learning), and you enjoy optimising systems to meet business needs.
  • Collaborative Approach - you've worked in outsourced environments and know how to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

This role requires a team player who can contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HCM solutions.
