Job Title: CRM Solution Designer

This is a dynamic role that involves using your in-depth knowledge to design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the functional design of solutions, eliciting and refining requirements, identifying fit-gaps, imagining and building solutions, and providing exceptional support to our clients during go-live.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for product owners and critical client stakeholders. Your expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform to solve business challenges will enable you to articulate the business value of your solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute across all phases of projects, including Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, Accept & Release.
  • Utilize Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions.
  • Lead workshops, agile ceremonies, and other client meetings.
  • Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE Solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
  • Assist in sales activities and planning as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.
  • Practical knowledge of configuring solutions (tables, forms, views, relationships, business rules, Flows, Power Fx, app-specific functionality such as SLAs).
  • Experienced with requirements management through Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Experience implementing Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and xRM solutions.
  • A solid understanding of Relational Database concepts.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
