Job Title: CRM Officer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Officer to support our growth agenda through expert management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Salesforce.

This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining streamlined processes to ensure optimal use of Salesforce across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
  • Provide user support and training, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
  • Generate market insights and trends through automated data and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to provide essential technical support.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar role.
  • Experience with data management practices, including data imports, exports, deduplication, and data integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing user support and training.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Basic project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
