Gear Production Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for gear production.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to drive innovation.
- Utilize technical expertise to select suitable tools, materials, and machinery.
- Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of gear types, cutting methods, and CNC machines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume gear manufacturing.
- Experience with heat treat recipes and metallurgical knowledge is highly valued.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and Black belt certification are advantageous.
