
Strategic Office Coordinator to the CEO

Key Role:
Deliver high-level office administration and executive supportAs a key member of our Executive Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering timely, efficient, and effective administrative support to the Company Secretary and Board. You will also provide confidential support to the Group CEO and ELT as required.
About the Position:
You will play a critical role in driving success alongside our Executive Leadership Team in achieving strategic goals and business objectives. This includes supporting the governance framework that fuels our journey towards the RACT 2030 vision.
You will have the freedom to innovate and bring imaginative solutions to executive coordination challenges while staying focused on Board and Committee excellence. You will engage in monthly strategic and operational discussions with the Office of the CEO to stay ahead of Board and Committee workplan changes, additions, and emerging priorities.
Required Skills:
- Ability to anticipate, understand, and meet the needs of the ELT, GCEO, and RACT Board
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with people at all levels, and establish key working relationships
- Ability to coordinate and gather comprehensive information for ELT
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to diplomatically and professionally manage internal and external enquiries
