We're seeking a skilled Early Learning Leader to shape the educational journey of young children.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of Australia's children. As a Lead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their early years, fostering a sense of wonder and discovery.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Implement innovative early learning programs based on world-leading research.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families.
  • Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • The ability to lead a room effectively.
