Responsibilities
  • Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
  • Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through collaborative planning and assessment.

You'll Need
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Hold current WWC card
  • Current TRBWA registration
