Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acknowledging new orders and processing them efficiently.
  • Issuing quotes for spare parts as requested, including pricing and availability.
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate Customer Requested Dates in the ERP system.

Frequent interactions with sales and operational teams will be required to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

To provide exceptional service, you will need to interact directly with clients and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

Proactively notifying the CS Manager of any difficulties or issues.

Utilizing Salesforce for effective communication, order management, and customer complaint resolution.

Investigating and resolving client issues promptly.

Managing backorders efficiently, following up on overdue orders.

Resolving any backorder-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring seamless execution with overseas factories.

You will be expected to possess:

Requirements

Relevant customer service experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a professional telephone manner.

High integrity and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Excellent planning and prioritization skills.

Self-motivation and independence.

Attention to detail and proactive approach.

Knowledge of ERPs, Salesforce, and MS Office is beneficial.
