Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming telephone enquiries, managing high volumes of inbound customer calls (80-100 calls daily), communicating effectively with internal staff, directing calls to appropriate departments, updating customer details on the system, and resolving any issues that occur in the customer service process.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer experience through prompt and effective resolution of customer queries
  • Manage a high volume of customer calls, ensuring timely response and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Update customer information accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
