We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to join our client, a reputable public sector organisation in Sydney.

The successful candidate will lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, and retrospectives. They will also guide team discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes, while addressing and removing any blockers that may arise.

This is a temporary position with a competitive daily salary of AUD 900 - 1000, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging environment. The role involves managing a large team effectively, handling budget and resources, and ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and project deliverables are met.

About the Role:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive team productivity and efficiency.
  • Guide team discussions and decision-making processes to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and foster a shared understanding of solutions across feature teams.
  • Keep the team focused on key program priorities, milestones, release schedules, and the overall program roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and track the impact on team burndown and velocity.
