Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our early learning centre and shape its future.

  • Inspire and lead the daily operations of a vibrant educational environment.
  • Build meaningful connections with team members, families, and the community.
  • Champion our child-centric curriculum, supporting the team to bring it to life.
  • Ensure top-tier compliance, aligned with industry regulations and values.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and motivation.
  • Advocate for child safety and promote positive learning outcomes.

You will be supported by a strong guidance from your Director-in-Training, Educational Leader, and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Leading daily centre operations, building relationships, implementing and championing our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, maintaining compliance, creating a positive culture, and ensuring child safety.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • 5+ years of experience in early childhood, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach and familiarity with EYLF and NQS.
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
  • A Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting.
