Claims Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the quality of claims assessment. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of life insurance claims assessment and management requirements, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of risk management and continuous improvement by providing risk-based detective controls and insights relating to claim assessment. They will also lead the delivery of small to medium scale projects or well-defined tasks on major projects to enable QA remediation or continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years' experience working in claims quality assurance within the life insurance industry, as well as a demonstrated understanding of relevant regulatory and legal obligations impacting life insurance claim assessment.

This position requires good leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member, excellent relationship management skills, high-quality coaching skills, overall conceptual understanding of life insurance, familiarity with the relevant business unit and company-wide procedures, policies and guidelines, computer literacy and a good knowledge of relevant software.
