The role also involves developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You'll lead the complaints management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operational Excellence team in developing and implementing risk management processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the complaints management process and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on risk, quality, and complaints metrics.
