About the Role: As a Defence Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing projects that deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project activities.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, maintaining risk matrices and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project needs and drive efficient processes.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project milestones, oversee contract deliverables, and handle customer claims as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in Defence or similar industries.
  • A good understanding of the engineering process.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and risk management skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 standards is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
