Senior Defence Project Manager

About the Role: As a Defence Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing projects that deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project activities.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, maintaining risk matrices and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project needs and drive efficient processes.
- Liaise with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project milestones, oversee contract deliverables, and handle customer claims as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Project Manager in Defence or similar industries.
- A good understanding of the engineering process.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and risk management skills.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 standards is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
