Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to SA Housing Trust clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to regional operations, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Model the behaviors aligned with the service values of SA Housing Trust, including a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions

This is a short-term contract position, with a maximum term of 3 months. The successful candidate will be required to work in a regional location, with some intrastate travel possible. Some out-of-hours work may be required upon activation of the Emergency Relief Functional Support Group.
