About the Role:
Morgan Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time temporary basis. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is looking to work 30 hours per week spread over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
* Coordinate meetings, bookings, and appointments.
* Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Availability to work 30 hours per week across 5 days.
