- Lead a team of academic staff to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences that meet the needs of our students and industry partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth and development, and develop innovative solutions to address emerging trends and challenges.
- Curriculum Design and Review
- Design and implement curriculum that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the review and development of curriculum to ensure it remains current and effective in meeting the needs of our students and industry partners.
- Industry Engagement and Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to ensure our program remains relevant and aligned with industry needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with industry partners, including collaborations, internships, and research projects.
- Academic Quality and Compliance

- Qualifications and Experience
- Doctoral degree or relevant postgraduate qualification in a field related to Film and Animation.
- Significant experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and industry engagement.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
