Speech Pathology Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Delivery: Provide evidence-based speech therapy to a mixed caseload, from children to adults, in both clinic and community-based settings.
- Mentorship and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior therapists, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
- Collaboration and Family Support: Work closely with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and achieve meaningful goals.
- Client Empowerment: Improve communication, social skills, and overall quality of life through customised interventions.
- Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload aligned with your clinical interests, providing opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Oversee team meetings, case reviews, and provide input into complex cases, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Competitive Remuneration: Earn between $100,000 - $140,000 + Superannuation dependent on experience.
